Your new role

In the role of a Junior Coordinator in Sales Administration, you will be a key player in supporting our backend sales operations. Your responsibilities will include facilitating communication and coordination among different teams. Specifically, you’ll handle purchaser communications, oversee the Lead Broker Admin Team, manage back-office operations, provide customer care support, automate processes, implement project management tools, and perform various administrative tasks. Your contributions will significantly impact the efficiency of our sales processes and overall team performance.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Additionally, they should have a minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in areas such as sales administration, customer service, CRM administration, or project management. Strong organizational and analytical skills, both verbal and written, are essential. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy. They should also be a problem-solver, critical thinker, and quick learner. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is required. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Monday.com will be considered an asset. The ability to work independently, multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial. A self-motivated and proactive mindset, anticipating needs and taking initiative, is highly valued. Finally, the candidate must uphold the highest integrity, demonstrate professional discretion, and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of their work.
