Sales Administrator - 4-Month Contract

Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a boutique land development company specializing in mid- and high-rise residential projects in Mississauga, Ontario. We are looking for an Assistant Sales Administrator to join their team on a contract basis for 4 months.
Your new role
The Assistant Sales Administrator role provides comprehensive administrative support and data entry to facilitate efficient sales management. This role supports the Senior Manager and Coordinator, offering an opportunity to join an innovative organization during a period of growth.
- Perform general clerical and office duties, including photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and managing email correspondence.
- Manage database records and maintain both electronic and paper-based files.
- Monitor, track, and file various documents such as contracts, amendments, deposits, cheques, and broker agreements.
- Assist with the interim and final closing of projects.
- Maintain solid purchaser relationships by addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines to ensure adherence by multiple stakeholders, including meeting Tarion’s deadlines.
- Perform additional sales administrative duties as required.
What you’ll need to succeed
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Agent, CRM Administrator, or Real Estate Administrator.
- Experience supporting a sales team in similar roles.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in data management and document management.
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce, Monday.com, and SignNow is advantageous.
- A diploma in Business Administration or a related field is an asset.
- Process-oriented with a knack for optimizing resources.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a high level of integrity, professional discretion, and confidentiality.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
