Landscape Architect/PM opportunity in Toronto to work on complex local projects. $80k-$115k.

Our client, a notable urban design & landscape architecture firm in Toronto, is looking for a Landscape Architect/PM to join their mid-size team to focus on notable, complex projects across the GTA & US. Your new role

As a Landscape Architect/PM, you'll work closely with the Team Lead on the collaborative technical execution of landscape projects. You will prepare municipal approval & tender drawings, including construction details and specifications, and assist in the management of projects from inception to construction. The firm is currently working on some of the most high profile projects in the GTA and in the U.S. This is a true growth opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and grow within a notable firm that truly values each team member equally.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need a minimum of 5 years of experience working within a landscape architecture or design firm, and proven project management experience with at least 3 years of hands-on experience including client meetings & presentations. You will need to demonstrate technical knowledge in preparing comprehensive Construction Documents, including plans, construction details, planting plans, grading plans and tender forms. Project stakeholder coordination experience is important, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Plant species selection and planting design knowledge is important.
