Our client, a large and well established manufacturing company located in Burlington are looking for a Financial Analyst to join their finance team.

Your new role

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and producing data-driven actionable insights on overall business performance. The Financial Analyst will carry out analysis on historical and current financial data to understand the company’s financial status. The Financial Analyst will develop reports that provide insights on profitability at both an operational and commercial level, in addition to developing predictive financial models to support forecasting & organizational decision-making. The Financial Analyst will create Power BI dashboards that enable management and the executive team to make strategic decisions to meet business goals.

What you'll need to succeed

The suitable candidate is required to hold a post-secondary degree in accounting, finance or similar degree. The Financial Analyst is required to have at least 2 years of experience in a similar data-driven financial analysis role. The Financial Analyst will need to have proven financial modelling skills and an ability to manipulate large data sets. The Financial Analyst must have a high proficiency with PowerBI and advanced skills.
