Finance Manager
Hays has partnered with a growing local Real Estate Developer here in Vancouver looking for their next Finance Manager. They have a state-of-the-art office space with a great work culture. Here are a few details for you to know:
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 3-5 direct reports
- Review all project porformas and cashflow to ensure accuracy in corporate cashflow projections.
- Prepare annual corporate budgets of individual project entities
- Financial review of project specific budgets, cashflow and projection reporting
- Hiring, training, developing and managing all direct reports
- Review and recommend financial hedging analysis
Qualifications
- CPA (or equivalent) with 7 years post-qualification industry experience
- 3–5 years of managerial experience
- Experience in real estate accounting and finance
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail
