Warranty Coordinator for large home builder / developer in the Greater Toronto Area
Our new company
Our Client is a well-established home builder and high rise developer located on the west side of the Greater Toronto Area. They have been in business for over 50 years and pride themselves on building beautiful communities that clients can call home.
Your new job
Working as a Warranty Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager. You will be responsible for the incoming home warranty calls and scheduling the customer service department. You will be setting appointments for PDI, reviewing customer complaints as necessary, monitoring follow-up action/completion, tracking 30-day and 1-year warranty status among a variety of other things. On behalf of the company, you will ensure compliance with all Tarion Warranty policies and procedures, review warranty related invoices.
What you'll need to succeed in this job
To successfully land this position you will have worked for a homebuilder in a Tarion related role. To succeed you will need to have experience in this warranty program and have the type of personality to administrate it.
