Job Title: Senior Superintendent
Location: Calgary, AB

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent with 5+ years of experience in high rise concrete residential projects.

Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers and architects to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high rise concrete residential projects
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in managing budgets and schedules
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Calgary
