Spearhead Human Resources Manager - Modern Office in Nelson, BC

Your new company

Spearhead (https://spearhead.ca/) is a multi-faceted, innovation-based manufacturing company specializing in the fabrication of architecture. From our humble beginnings 35 years ago, we have grown into an industry-leading, internationally recognized organization. We design, coordinate, and fabricate architectural components of buildings using wood and steel. Our work has been installed in various high-end projects across the world, including locations such as Hawaii, Dubai, Vancouver, and New York. Examples of our work can be found here. We operate out of a modern facility located in Nelson, British Columbia. Nelson is a community of approximately 11,000 residents known for its outstanding culture, dining scene and outdoor recreation opportunities. These include world-class mountain biking, hiking, and snow sports. Whitewater Ski Resort is a short 20-minute drive away. House prices represent good value in comparison to major centres such as Vancouver, Kelowna, and Toronto (the median sale price for a single detached home is $690K). Nelson is located on the West Arm of Kootenay Lake and has more heritage buildings per capita than anywhere else in BC.
