Your new role

As the VP of Finance, you will be tasked with delivering the following;

Overseeing the delivery of full spectrum financial and management reporting. You will be a key strategic advisor to the CFO and other regional board members with regard to financial planning, financial strategy, budgeting and project finance. You will also be expected to be a business partner and offer commercial insights to senior operational budget holders.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, it's imperative you have a highly commercial mindset. The ability to lead, inspire and develop your finance team is imperative, alongside the capability to embed financial awareness and control into non-financial, operational directors.

You must be able to offer tangible examples of successfully delivering such tasks in a previous role, at a similar level. Alongside this, a professional finance qualification and, ideally, a big 4 background would see your application well-placed.
