Your new role

• Preparing monthly operating statements
• Assisting in prep of quarterly/year-end finance statements
• Ensuring transactions are entered into the system efficiently
• Preparing CAM statements yearly for commercial properties
• Preparing government remittances
• Preparing general ledger entries, reconciling accounts
• Providing budget vs actual variance analysis
• Other related ad hoc tasks

What you'll need to succeed

• Detail + deadline-oriented
• Previous Yardi experience is an asset
• Strong foundational knowledge of the fundamentals in accounting & finance principles
