• Implement effective strategies to recover outstanding accounts receivable and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Conduct regular follow-up calls with clients to discuss overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, payment agreements, and outstanding balances.
• Utilize Excel and database tools to organize and document relevant information systematically for easy retrieval.
• Draft professional and clear email responses in both languages.
• Send timely and professional emails to clients regarding overdue accounts, payment plans, and other relevant matters.
• Conduct regular follow-up phone calls to ensure clients are aware of their outstanding balances.
• Provide detailed explanations of payment options and address any client queries regarding their accounts.

What you'll need to succeed

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

• Excellent oral and written skills in French and English

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and time management skills
