Hays has partnered with an established residential builder in Calgary, who is seeking an experienced Superintendent for 4-6 storey woodframe apartments.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities
- Ensure that the project is completed within the given timeline and budget
- Supervise construction personnel, including subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure that all work is done in compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the construction process
- Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry on woodframe apartment projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
