Duration: 2 Months
Location: Bathurst, NB
Your New Company
Our client is looking to hire bilingual receptionist on contract basis for 2 months working on-site at Bathurst, New Brunswick location.
Your Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming way
- Handle mail and courier deliveries and pickups
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Receive and process payments by cheque or credit/debit card
- Manage boardroom bookings and catering arrangements for meetings and events
- Assist with the preparation of meeting materials and presentations
- Assemble T1 personal tax returns and other client deliverables.
- Prepare letters and reports using firm templates and standards.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proficiency in French and English
- Experience in administration/reception.
