Role: Bilingual Receptionist
Duration: 2 Months
Location: Bathurst, NB

Your New Company
Our client is looking to hire bilingual receptionist on contract basis for 2 months working on-site at Bathurst, New Brunswick location.


Your Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming way
  • Handle mail and courier deliveries and pickups
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Receive and process payments by cheque or credit/debit card
  • Manage boardroom bookings and catering arrangements for meetings and events
  • Assist with the preparation of meeting materials and presentations
  • Assemble T1 personal tax returns and other client deliverables.
  • Prepare letters and reports using firm templates and standards.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • Proficiency in French and English
  • Experience in administration/reception.
