Great opportunity to work with leading information sector.

A leading information company is looking to onboard Sales Operations Associate on contract basis for 5 months working remotely in Canada.


In this role candidate:

  • Must possess multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize their workload.
  • In addition, the candidate needs to be polished and professional; pro-active to learn new tasks; capable to work independently and consistently; extremely detail-oriented, autonomous, and diligent when following instructions.
  • The candidate must also possess the ability to analyze existing processes and define areas for improvement.
  • Efficiently process leads for assignment to proper sales representative.
  • Handle processing of volume lead lists.
  • Answer incoming sales calls (emails)
    in a professional manner and handle per procedures.
  • Create various reports in Salesforce and Excel, as requested.
  • Review, merge and update leads, contacts, and accounts through a cloud-based platform to clean up system data.
  • Software skills – Salesforce and Excel
