SENIOR EDI INTEGRATION SOLUTION ANALYST Client: Manufactural Role: Senior EDI Intégration Solution Analyst Type: Contract Rate: *On experience* Location: Remote Role:
  • Recommend and design solutions and develop high quality requirements
  • Provide general direction and ensure the integration of requests into corporate systems, in alignment with the guiding principles of architecture and security
  • Participate and support the deployment of new systems or processes, from requirements information gathering to user acceptance testing and training, to ensure business requirements align with process o Assist users when defining or reviewing new or updated processes required by new equipment or products and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure that the solution is within scope and that requirements are met, by participating in end-to-end testing of new processes
  • Collaborate with the deployment teams on the deployment of new processes, through training sessions and coaching
  • Prepare functional requirements and translate them into technological requirements
  • Act as a process advisor by: o Launching the user acceptance testing campaign
  • Making recommendations for improvement and elimination of redundant or obsolete procedures
  • Act as an experienced user by: o Assisting in the discovery and implementation of new functionalities that can be taken from the system and that can support the company's activities
  • Giving training to end users
  • Act as a critical person for the deployment
Prepare, document, and perform the necessary tests for the deployment of a new version, module or function or a change
  • Reports to his team leader for the efficient delivery of assigned projects and tasks and ensures that they meet the scope and deadlines and that they focus on quality
  • 5-7 years of experience with an EDI platform and different interfaces
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards and SAP ERP would be an asset
  • Knowledge of Gentran and webMethods would be an asset
  • Experience in an industrial or manufacturing, transport and/or technology sector would be relevant
  • Experience with various Paper & Tissues Mill systems and their infrastructure is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of the exchange of technical and electronic data
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, written, verbal, and time management skills
  • Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced project environment with interdependencies spanning multiple work-streams, teams, business divisions, geographies, time zones, & languages.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and in stand-alone mode
  • Strong self-management skills in multiple-priority, high ambiguity situations
  • Fluently bilingual, English and French, spoken and written
