A well established and successful Property company, based in Calgary, have an immediate need to hire an experienced Property Accountant to join their small but close knit team.

Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller and working on the accounts for a portfolio of commercial properties, this role will be responsible for the full cycle accounting as well as industry specific items such as charge backs etc.

What you'll need to succeed
Whilst you do not need to have a designation, you are required to have some experience in Property Accounting, ideally within commercial although that is not a deal breaker. Any knowledge of Spectra or Yardi would also be advantageous, but is not a pre-requisite.
