Your new company
One of the leading real estate companies in Manitoba have an urgent need for a live-in Resident Manager at one of their Multi-Family properties.

Your new role
Living and working on-site in a nice development of 3-storey walk-up properties, this role will act as the main point of contact for residents and a liaison between them and head office. This will include, though not necessarily be limited to, issuing of notices, dealing with tenant concerns/complaints, showing suites and liaising with tenants and the maintenance department on any required maintenance requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have been in a Resident Manager or Caretaker role previously and perhaps be looking to take on a larger property and/or more responsibility. You will need to have good communication and customer service skills and be prepared to be on call, on rotation. You will also need to be willing to take, and able to pass a criminal record check.
