Property Operations Assistant - Downtown Vancouver - Salary up to 70K plus bonus

Your new company
Our Client is a Canadian Real Estate firm that currently manages and invest in portfolio across North America. This firm is seeking a Property Operations Assistant to join its friendly team based Downtown Vancouver permanently.

Your new role
As Property Operations Assistant you will draft any property related documentation for building repairs, support all property management documentation including insurance claims, financial reporting and project documentations. You will review all vendor invoices and discrepancies, coordinate tenant requests and escalate issues and deal with service requests.

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you will have good working knowledge in MS Office and have previous experience in property management or accounts payable. You will have excellent communication and organization skills. You will have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi-task.
