Hays recruitment is actively recruiting for a well known and high profile Property Management company.
his company manages properties across the city, and likes to promote internally and progress staff. The company manages a mixed portfolio of both predominantly commercial assets.

The Role:As a Property administrator your primary responsibility is to provide accounting, reconciliation & property administration support to the Property Management Team. The position focuses on the tenant liaison, accounts receivables, arrears control, speciality leasing administration for tenants and other financial information as required. The property administrator will be responsible for maintaining and updating all units and lease-related documentation, drafting and negotiating new leases, renewals, license agreements, etc. As well as all other duties as assigned.

Requirements :
-Ideally a minimum of 5+ years of related work experience within a commercial portfolio.
-Strong all-round administrative professional who has a strong attention-to-detail with a proactive attitude and good work ethic.
-Overall flexible individual who is able to attend to a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
-General computer skills, knowledge of basic web design using templates and intermediate to advanced experience with MS Office are essential.
