An internationally established Facility Management firm is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent for a job opportunity in Mississauga. Our client performs highly collaborative Construction Management services as the prime contractor where their client accounts need responsive, accountable high-quality project delivery with multi-million-dollar project solutions.

In this Construction Manager Role, you will be running multiple major renovation projects on commercial properties. This job requires an accomplished construction professional that has delivered projects start to finish. Must have an ability and experience in delivering projects on-time, on-budget, within specifications, and in-compliant with all requirements including but not limited to regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements.

To be successful in this job you will have at least 2 years of construction experience. Large scale renovation and building improvement experience. Specific experience in multi-unit residential, commercial and or industrial on restoration work, fit ups, finishing work is key. You will understand all portions of a building from concrete to roofing and everything in between. You will also need experience working with CCDC documents.
