Our client , a large market-leading business across North America is looking to hire a Payroll Coordinator
Your new role
The Payroll Coordinator will report to the Payroll Manager and will be part of a payroll team responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payroll for 5000+ employees across North America. focus on payroll and benefits related tasks as well as other ad hoc projects as assigned. The Payroll Coordinator will process new hires , changes/terminations. The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for payroll reconciliations and administering benefits programs. The Payroll Coordinator will assist in the preparation of payroll related reports.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in the role of Payroll Coordinator , you will ideally have a diploma/degree in HR/Accounting/Business and preferably be a PCP designation. The Payroll Coordinator will need to have a minimum of 3 years of high volume payroll experience (1000+ Employees) experience and have a strong attention to detail. The Payroll Coordinator will need have experience with a large 3rd party payroll provider (ADP) and a strong understanding of Excel. Exposure to US Payroll would be an asset.
