Your new role
The Operations Planner plays a lead role in Forest Operations Planning, providing ongoing tenure administration and permit acquisition services. The incumbent is responsible for engineering, road construction planning and harvest forecasting within the operation. The Operations Planner is a strategic, innovative, and creative leader responsible for delivering the Operation’s annual and long-term targets and goals. This position will be performed in person in Gold River, BC.

What you'll need to succeed
Our ideal candidate possesses 7-10 years’ experience in operations planning and has a post-secondary degree or diploma in forestry or related degree/diploma in Natural Resource Management. You have an excellent understanding and comprehension of Forest Management and Land Use Planning, in addition to good working knowledge of legal regulation and requirements related to BC Crown and private land forest operations.
