Hays Specialist Recruitment is currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to join a technology organisation in Burnaby . This will be a 1 year contract , which has a possibility of converting to a permanent position. You will be working with a great team in Burnaby on a hybrid basis.
Your new role
You duties will include the follow:-Coordinate product build plans with the Program Manager at our contract manufacture r in China and Supply Chain team members at parent company devices-Keep track on a regular basis of build plans and track against Booked orders-Review build change s and communicate to Sales Team and customers the revised ship dates-Update management team and other stakeholders of component and/or capacity issues and act accordingly
What you'll need to succeed
• 1+ year of high-performance work experience in supply chain or operations• Outstanding communication and organizational skills• Excellent MS Office skills are required
