A well established and reputable Vancouver based Real Estate Developer who are going from strength to strength and growing require a Office, Culture and HR Manager to join their team. A fantastic, ambitious, fun and social Office environment, this is a very important role for them as they continue to grow!

Your new role
You will lead the office and HR along with championing engagement and corporate culture across the organisation - along with keeping the leadership in check (their words!). They are a fun loving bunch who really encompass the phrase 'work hard, play hard' and they want someone who can help them channel this across the company and bring people together. You will champion benefits, organisational change and be a change agent, you will oversee the office administration team, prepare professional documents and presentations, along with spreadsheets and meeting minutes. You will coordinate IT, and assist with employee events. You will ensure the culture is healthy and effectively communicate the benefits of working for the organisation. You will ensure corporate HR procedures and protocols are up to date and help create an employee handbook, track vacation (and encourage people to take it for work life balance!), respond to queries around benefits and payroll etc and assist with all other HR related duties.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a proactive self starter who doesn't need to be told what to do. Someone happy to jump in at the deep end and get stuck into the culture and promoting the organisation. You will ideally have a Business Administration or HR Degree or a related/relevant social science discipline with a minimum of 5 years of recent related experience. Any experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus, but if not, a genuine interest in the industry is required! You will be able to lead an Office and HR Management along with have the ability to engage and inspire colleagues!
