Hays has partnered with an established technology distributor of IT and electronics who are looking to add a National Executive Sales Leader to lead their field Sales team in Toronto, ON. Your new role
As the National Executive Sales Leader you will be responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the company’s sales business across Canada. In this job you will be accountable for all strategic planning, identifying and developing innovative and strategic go to market strategies, ownership and accountability for key financial metrics, developing strategic account plans to increase business and participating in the annual budget process. You will also partner with vendors, the company and its stakeholders to ensure activities and programs generate a return on investment, collaborate with US Sales teams to ensure consistent delivery of programs and services and lead the nationwide field Sales team (across BC, QC and ON) ensuring achievement of Sales department and company goals.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have prior high level experience (5+ year's) of leading sales/support teams in the IT Channel, professional Services experience is considered an asset. You will have prior experience influencing P&L performance and product portfolio, demonstrated experience accelerating profitability and a hands on approach, with a strong desire to drive growth and entrepreneurial spirit.
