Hays recruitment is actively recruiting for a National Property Management company for the position of a Marketing and Event Manager.

Your new role
As a Marketing and Event Manager you will be responsible for:-Planning and promoting social activities and events.-Liaising with different departments within the company to ensure the co-ordination of communication and events.-Creating and delivering marketing correspondence such as: newsletters, website design (using templates, social media posts etc.-Promote the business of retail tenants through marketing communications.-Sourcing of contractors and vendors for events and activities.-Adhere to regulatory laws and building codes.-Complete other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.

What you'll need to succeed
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role involving marketing and event co-ordination.-High school graduate, (post secondary degree an asset).-Strong communication skills.-Professional and organized individual.-Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office applications.-Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
