Your new role
Reporting to the Human Resources Director or to the Human resources business partner, the person will work closely with the human resources team and may be required to support national human resources processes and initiatives. The person will act as a support to the human resources team for recruitment mandates, support to the advisory group and on various projects.

  • Recruit for certain types of positions and performing all tasks related to the recruitment process, such as administrative follow-up of hiring files and the creation of employee files.
  • Create performance reports for the various human resources indicators (recruitment, turnover rate, etc.).
  • Participate in the documentation of employee files related to disciplinary and other HR processes.
  • Ensure that HR documents, corporate organization charts and annual calendars are updated and sent to managers.
  • Coordinate certain human resources processes such as the annual evaluation process, quarterly bonus, end of probation, etc.
  • Contribute to new HR initiatives and business-related projects.
  • Contribute to training coordination with the HR team to ensure delivery on sites.
  • Perform all other related tasks in support of the human resources team members.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-year in an HR position.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite (Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to be handle confidential data with discretion.
  • Adept at meeting deadlines and be proactive.
  • Bilingual in French considered an asset.
