Your new role
We are currently seeking a Manager, Energy (North Atlantic) to join our Global Energy Team in based in Sudbury, ON. The Manager, Energy will oversee people, assets, and expenditures for the North Atlantic Operations relating to the operations and maintenance of four hydro power plants and associated water and transmission systems assuring safe and reliable performance.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will represent in various forums in the energy sector to guarantee the fulfilment of our interests while ensuring compliance with all procedures, established deadlines and approvals required to comply with the business routine. The Manager, Energy will execute and review the electricity market strategy and policy for our operations and implement and manage an energy efficiency program in all operations.

Additionally, in this position you will:
• Undergraduate Degree in Civil, Geotechnical or Environmental Engineering.
• A minimum of 12 years of engineering experience, including water storage facility design, construction, and operations water storage facilities, and related experience in technical and operational roles.
• Motivated individual who has developed and mentored others.
