Commercial Property Manager, Edmonton, Industrial, up to $115,000
Your new company
You will be working for a mid sized Property Management company who own their properties. Due to an internal movement they are looking for a new Property Manager to join the company.
Your new role
You will be responsible for an approximately 800,000 sq ft portfolio, consisting predominantly of Industrial properties. You will be reporting into, and be supported by the Director of Property Management. You wil be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the properties and supporting the tenants. This will including tenant communications, Budgets and reporting, overseeing maintenance queries, working closely with contractors and overseeing their work.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have 5+ years experience within commercial property management in Alberta. Having an RPA is a huge benefit in the eyes of the client. You will be experienced in deescalating client issues and working closely with them to fix the problems, being able to understand the financials of property management and have experience putting together budgets and doing reports for the ownership. a 'can do' attitude and entrepreneurship type mindset will work well with the current team.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a base salary of up to $115,000 depending on experience, 3-4 weeks vacation, bonus, parking, benefits, mileage expenses and a host of other perks
