Your new role
Reporting to the Director of Commercial Property Management, you will be responsible for a large part of the administration that is involved with the commercial portfolio. This will involve the preparation and distribution of notices to tenants, processing invoices and preparing files and reports amongst other duties.

What you'll need to succeed
Whilst experience within property management would be considered an asset, it is not required. What is required is at least 2 years' experience within an administrative role, strong communication skills and extensive experience using various computer programs including MS Office Suite. You should also be someone who prides themselves on their strong attendance and punctuality record. The company has a policy on covid-19 vaccination, so you will need to be double vaccinated to work there.
