Commercial Property Administrator - Downtown Vancouver - Salary up to $65,000 plus bonus

An established Developer with an outstanding reputation across management services, development and construction projects is seeking a Property Administrator in their Vancouver office. This company is a major player in Western Canada’s real estate market they are known for their impressive commercial/residential/retail/industrial developments and fantastic company culture.

Your new role
As Property Administrator you will be supporting the Property Manager with duties which includes tenant enquiries, coordinating maintenance requests, review accounts payable invoices, assist with obtain quotations and contract tenders for maintenance, research and special projects, file an organize documentation plus general reception duties.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you must be able remain calm under pressure and have high attention to detail. You will need to have strong written and verbal skills and relevant experience in a similar role. You will also be a team player with a good sense of humour.
