A leading client within the insurance industry are looking for a Change Management Lead for a 6 month project working remote in Canada. They have an outstanding global reputation within their sector. Your New Role The Business Projects & Solutions team is part of the Canadian Operations group and provides program and project management services, business analysis and support services to the Canadian Operations organization.

Responsibilities
Change Management/Communications (80%)

• Planning and execution of the change management strategy and change plans across several projects in Group Disability
• Act in a consulting capacity with the project teams and internal partners
• Provide day-to-day change management advice and counsel to internal partners and project teams as assigned
• Create and deliver the change and communications plans through the development of written copy, speaking notes, presentations, videos, etc.
• Analyze and repurpose highly technical information for a variety of internal and external audiences, selecting the appropriate channels for communications etc.
• Build collaborative relationships with project sponsors and stakeholder teams
• Play a role in organizing, attending and facilitating change management related project workshops with diverse group of stakeholders

Project Management (20%)
• Provide direct support to the Project Manager in the delivery of the various change management deliverables
• Develop, update and maintain change management project plans and timelines
• Communicate as necessary to the various project teams on project status and deliverables
• Highlight project risks if timelines not being met to the PM and/or the various project teams

What You’ll Need to Succeed: • 5+ years’ experience in same or similar role required.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, self-motivated and independent worker.
• Should be able to influence others and understand/represent business priorities while making decisions
