Hays Property are recruiting on behalf of our Client; a recognized Canadian owned and operated developer who manages across all asset classes. They are a very well respected business within Canada and own and operate their assets.
Your new role
The Lease Administrator will assist with the Leasing Director alongisde another Lease Admin to help with the leasing of a portfolio spanning Eastern Canada. You will be working with lease amendments, renewals, inputting data into the system, drafting agreements, working with the legal team in house and reviewing leases before submittal. Due to the nature of the role spanning across Eastern Canada, the role requires the candidate to be bilingual.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have 3+ years of experience as a Lease Administrator within a commercial portfolio. Any retail leasing is an additional asset. You will have a great knowledge of lease amendments, lease agreements and able to interpret the leases. You should have the ability to work independently, have strong management skills and excellent planning and organizational skills.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will get a salary of $65,000 - $75,000 + Benefits + Annual Bonus. You will also have the opportunity to work for a growing company in the industry with opportunities to further your career.
