A trusted and dynamic Winnipeg based Real Estate firm which focuses on developing and leasing in Manitoba. Their portfolio consists of multifamily, commercial, and condo properties.This firm is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to manage a commercial office building in Winnipeg.

Your new role
As Assistant Property Manager, you will be the day-to-day manager of a downtown commercial office building. You will be the point of contact coordinating day-to-day tenant and owner inquiries and maintenance requests. Your key duties include building strong relationships with tenants and contractors, review/code invoices, review payables and assist with collecting rent, obtaining quotations, and reviewing service contracts, prepare welcome packages, assist with registration of tracking tenant insurance and other adhoc duties.Given the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be expected to occasionally work outside of typical office hours.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position, you must have intermediate computer skills, particularly with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel and Word). You should be highly organized, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated and can multitask. You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be able to deliver an exceptional level of customer service. Previous property experience as an administrator is required, including Tendering and familiarity with property management/ accounting software (Yardi is an asset). Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of $40 – $52k (depending on experience), a performance-based bonus, mobile phone, benefits, 5 sick days, and 2 weeks’ vacation
