Calgary | Receptionist and Administrator | Short-term Contract | Immediate start

Your new company
We are looking for a Receptionist and Administrator who is immediately available to provide short term cover.

Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining their busy reception and general office area. Your duties will include answering calls, greeting clients to the office, logging into visitors database, managing meeting rooms, ordering office supplies, arranging couriers, checking deliveries, filing, providing directions, issuing visitor passcards as required and general administrative duties.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have more than one year direct working experience as a receptionist and operating a multi-line switchboard. You must also have great communication skills and be proficient in using MS Word, Outlook and basic Excel.

What you'll get in return
In return for your hard work, you will gain exposure to working for a dynamic organization in Calgary. This is a short term contract that will pay $17-20/hourly- dependent on experience.
