Your new role
Claims co-ordinator assists human resources personnel in administering, evaluating, and managing all employee claims for benefits for both work and non-work related illness or injury. Maintaining and advising on corporate benefits program, you will perform all transactional duties dealing with employe benefits and also counsel employees on benefits use.
What you'll need to succeed
2 + years working in claims management
Certified claims administrator or related certification combined with experience
Strong organizational skills
Experience in applicable self-insured benefits administration
