AP Clerk (Mandarin Speaking)

Bilingual Accounts Payable clerk required for an ongoing contract in Richmond with an immediate start

Your new company
A leading manufacturing organisation is looking for a bilingual Account Payable clerk to start immediately. This fun and fast paced organisation is looking for someone to assist with their increase in workload and contribute to their diverse work force.

Your new role
As an Accounts Payable clerk you will directly support the accounting team. Key duties include; collecting invoices, issuing payments to existing vendors, maintaining accurate financial records and processing a high volume of invoices. The working hours run from 8:30am-5pm, Monday through Friday.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have prior experience in processing high volumes of invoices and be fluent in Mandarin and English. Prior experience in accounting and with accounting based software is considered an asset. One must have great attention to detail and strong communicative skills to succeed in this role.

What you'll get in return
You’ll work in a growing company and receive weekly pay during your contract with Hays. While this position is currently an ongoing role, there is a possibility for it to turn permanent.
