Your new role
Under the leadership of the Managing Director, Strategic Planning and a Partner, the primary responsibilities will involve managing the execution of a range of programs to support the deployment of project management best practices throughout the firm, coordination of large scale firm projects as well as process improvement. 

What you'll need to succeed
This position has a great deal of autonomy, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision is a necessity. Post secondary education in business or engineering, PMP certification and training or familiarity with Lean Six Sigma processes, and experience working in private practice are essential. 

What you'll get in return
A position with a great deal of independence and autonomy, competitive salary ranging from $85,000-$95,000 (depending on level of experience), plus 4 weeks of vacation and one of the best benefit plans in the city. This firm has wonderful retention initiatives in place and very little turnover.
