Your new role
As the Workforce Planning/ Resource Manager you will be responsible for strategic workforce planning and the management of staff programs in order to effectively assign and utilize internal resources. You will develop an in-depth knowledge of all departments and staff skill sets to align individual career development and preferences with client engagement needs, adhering to financial obligations keeping commercially focused outcomes are in mind. As a manager you will be responsible for team management, monitoring workloads and analyzing/ creating productivity reports to make accurate recommendations and headcount reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate you will have proven experience in a similar role; a role in which you were responsible for workforce planning and assignment of resources. You will be commercially minded and have an understanding of budgetary responsibilities and report creation. You will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and manage a high performing team. In addition you are confident working with senior managers and executives and you have the ability to handle escalated issues in a professional manner.
