Live in Resident Manager, Winnipeg, $35k - $38k + benefits + reduced rent

Your new company
One of the most well established real estate companies in Manitoba have an immediate need for a live-in Resident Manager to oversee several buildings totalling around 180 suites at one of their Winnipeg developments. 

Your new role
Living on site, along with the requisite on-call element, this role will require someone with at least a small amount of relevant experience and duties will include overseeing the maintenance and cleaning staff, showing suites, dealing with tenant queries, rent issues, and generally being the main point of contact for all things related to this development.  More serious matters would, of course, get escalated to the head office Property Managers.  

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have worked in a similar position for at least one year and be strongly focused on customer service. You will also be IT literate, a great communicator and be happy with the on-call rotation (likely to be every other week).
