Bi-Lingual Customer Experience Representative

Bi-lingual customer service representative dealing with client inbound enquiries based in St Laurent.

Your New Company
On behalf of our client AGI, we are searching for multiple Bi-lingual Customer Experience Representatives to be based in St Laurent. This role will fundamentally provide exceptional customer service for new and/or existing customers with inbound inquiries (i.e. quotes, order entry, and service requests) by probing to uncover customer needs, identifying solutions to meet needs, following up on open issues, and seeking ways to add value while creating a remarkable experience for both internal / external customers.

Your New Role
Based at AGI St Laurent, you will be responsible for all inbound inquiries relating to AGI client requirements, including order entry, order follow up, shipment tracking, update orders, account corrections, credits, returns etc. You will be required to work within a virtual work environment with peers and leadership teams to create a positive and effective customers service experience, whilst maintaining high quality output and maximizing accuracy. This full-time position based in St Laurent will have you working Monday to Friday, on a 40 hour week between the operational hours of 7AM to 8PM. Hours are subject to change, based on business needs to work non-traditional hours (weekends, holidays, split shifts, overtime). 

What You’ll Need to Succeed
To be considered for this excellent opportunity, the ideal candidate will have previous and recent customer service and/or contact centre experience, coupled with a high school diploma or equivalent and must be bilingual (French). You will be a self-starter/motivator that can demonstrate a strong work ethic, with proven experience in relevant computer applications and contact centre systems, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and background in enterprise systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle,, SharePoint etc.)
