Hays Property team in Toronto are recruiting for a District Manager for a well renowned Real Estate company, specialising in high-end, luxury condominiums in Ontario.
Your new role
The primary purpose of the District Manager role will be to support the on-site management team in the day-to-day operation of the assigned portfolio in conjunction with the on-site Property Managers. Reporting into the Vice President & Director, you will oversee a team of Property Managers and various support and maintenance staff members across properties in the GTA. Overseeing multiple corporations, as District Manager you will be entrusted to provide appropriate advisory services and support functions between Property Managers and Board of Directors across your portfolio of properties. Additionally you will assist the Director with the growth and development of the company's operations, develop annual operating budgets, ensure accuracy of maintenance records and coordinate annual insurance renewals and maintenance contracts. This company has well established policies and procedures and will provide you with the appropriate support to succeed in your role as District Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed as the District Manager, you will bring at least 7 years’ experience in property management, within a reputable company, specialising in Condominium property management. You will have your RCM designation and will be experienced overseeing a portfolio of condominium properties and have managed a team of property management professionals. You will be an excellent and confident communicator both orally and written, and you will be a great leader and mentor. You will be driven and progressive and looking for an opportunity to grow your career with a leader in the industry.
